Trip to Vivec
Walkthrough: Part Three[edit]
If you haven't visited Vivec yet, you're about to get acquainted-- this next mission will have you scouring the confusing city for three folks.
Speak with Caius Cosades about more orders, and he'll ask you to meet with three people in the city of Vivec; Addhiranirr, the outlaw Khajiit, Huleeya (a wuss, as you'll soon see), and Mehra Milo, an old friend of Cauis'. Caius will give you their general location, but it's going to take some asking around and some searching to find them.
To get to Vivec, have the Mages Guild teleport you out of Balmora. Vivec city is comprised of fifteen cantons - and each canton has multiple levels, making Vivec one pain in the butt to navigate. You'll be teleported to Vivec's Foreign Quarter (area '1' on the map), in the northern part of Vivec. Hey, that's where Huleeya is! Let's talk to him first.
Huleeya
Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind Expansion
Speak with Huleeya, and he'll show his yellow-belly. Seems like our buddy wants to read some books, but he's being bullied by some 'troublesome fools.' They're not going to let Huleeya out of the Black Shalk.. unless you bribe them with some money. Talk to any one of these troublesome fools (they're hanging around inside the Black Shalk), give them some cash, and then split with Huleeya over to Jobasha's book store (on the opposite side of the Lower Waistworks). Once you've got him there, he'll spill the beans on what he knows. One down, two to go.
Age of empires world. Addhiranirr
Leave the Lower Waistworks of the Foreign Quarter, and find one of the ramps that'll take you down to the base-level of outdoor Vivec. From their, make your way to the St. Olms Canton (marked '2' on the map). Enter the Waistworks of St. Olms, and ask around for Addhiranirr. People will tell you that she's hiding from the Census and Excise agents, down in the Underworks of St. Olms. To reach the Underworks, find the entrance into the Canalworks (from inside the Waistworks), and then find a hatch on the ground to the Underworks. You'll quickly realize that 'Underworks' is another word for 'stank sewers'-- quite the place to hide. You'll find Addhiranirr in the north-east section of the Underworks.
Speak with the Khajiit, and she'll give you a proposition. She'll cough up the information if you get rid of the Census and Excise agent hovering around St. Olms. The Census and Excise agent is roaming about in the Waistworks of St. Olms-- he's dressed in purple. Speak with him and he'll ask you if you've seen Addhiranirr. If you want Addhiranirr's information, you're going to have to lie to the poor joe-- tell him that you saw her leaving. Go back to the Underworks, and let Addhiranirr know-- she'll divulge all she knows.
The good friend of Caius' is camping out in the library of the Hall of Wisdom; Mehra's in a southern canton of Vivec ('3' on the map). Enter the Hall of Wisdom from the north-facing entrance, take the first hall on the right, up the stairs, and head into the library. There you'll find Mehra Milo. Speak with her and she'll lead you to a back corner, and there will tell you all she knows.
Make sure you speak with her about everything. Eventually she'll admit that she doesn't know everything, and suggests finding a copy of the book Progress of Truth. The best thing to do from here is head back to the Foreign Quarter, and visit Jobasha's Rare Books again. Jobasha has a copy of the book on hand (it's not expensive). Now you're ready to warp back to Balmora, and fill Caius Cosades in.
Meet with Caius, and he'll give you a little break. You've brought him a lot of information and he'd like to delve into it a bit, so he asks you to occupy yourself with some freelance work. If you're up to it, go ahead and do some work for The Fighters Guild, or join the Mages Guild and do some work for them. If you're just interested in advancing along the story line, however, rest for a day, and report back to Caius.
Ashlander Informant
If you're prone to shock trauma, prepare; Caius' next order is a doozy. He wants you to--get this--go talk to someone about Ashlanders and the Nerevarine cult. Before you start yawning, at least know that things are about to get interesting.
Caius tells you to go speak with Hassour Zainsubani in Ald'ruhn. He warns you, though, that Hassour likes gifts, and gives you 100 gold with which to pick up something for him (don't try to get anything quite yet). Go to the Mages Guild in Balmora, and teleport over to Ald'ruhn.
Head over to the Ald-Skar Inn, enter and head up the steps, and ask for Hassour. He's hanging out under the bar, so take the steps down (to the right of the bar). You'll find Hassour in the back-corner of the room. Strike up a conversation, and ask him about the Ashlanders' gift-giving customs. Apparently not just any gift will suffice-- these greedy Ashlanders have their own tastes! With the right amount of probing, you'll discover that Hassour likes poetry.
Morrowind Progress Of Truth
With that in mind, check out Codus Callonus' book store in Ald'ruhn. He's got a book for sale that Hassour would much enjoy; Ashland Hymns is luckily well-priced. Fork over the cash, and take the book back to Hassour, asking about a 'thoughtful gift.' He'll be very grateful and will then be willing to tell you about Ashlanders and their customs. With your new notes, report back to Caius.
Urshilaku Camp
Report back to Caius, and same-old-same-old, right? Not quite.. Caius Cosades reveals why he's been sending you around the map to talk about this Nerevarine thing: you just might be the prophesized Nerevarine! To find out for sure, Caius is sending you to speak with a couple Ashlanders up north, Sul-Matuul and Nibani Maesa. They're both far north, in the Urshilaku Camp.
To get to Urshilaku Camp, you're going to have to do some heavy-duty walking (or swimming). The closest city with speedy transportation is Khuul. Take a Stilt Strider from Balmora to Ald'ruhn, and then to Khuul. Once in the fine port city of Khuul, go to the beach (north), and jump in the water. Watch out for the swarms of Slaughterfish and Dreugh contaminating the waters. Swimming around the rocky beaches, going eastward, you'll pass a sunken ship. Just a little further and you'll reach a beach you can climb onto - it's in front of a fairly large Daedric ruin, so watch out for some powerful enemies - Urshilaku Camp is just east of this Daedric ruin, so you can choose to high-tail it, or fight it out (and be able to get healed in a timely fashion). Either way, just get to the camp safely. I hope you remember what you learned of the Ashlanders from Hassour!
So now you've made the trek-- that was the hard part, right? Perhaps not; ask the Ashlanders in town for Sul-Matuul, and chances are you're not going to get anywhere. You haven't reached a dead-end.. You just haven't given thoughtful gifts. Speak with someone (anyone) about thoughtful gifts, and they'll give you an idea of what to get them-- some want a kwama egg, some just want money. Whatever it is, appease them, and then ask about the Nerevarine prophecy. They'll be a little skeptical when you break the news to them, but just tell them the truth: you believe you are the Nerevarine. Eventually they'll send you over to Zabamund's Yurt to speak with Zabamund. Bribe him with some cash, and he'll eventually tell you to go see Sul-Matuul in Ashkhan's Yurt (if you go there without permission, you'll get in trouble-- don't do it).
Now you're ready to get the info and go home? Not quite yet; Sul-Matuul can't talk to you because you're an outlander. To be initiated into their group, you'll have to endure a harrowing, an initiation rite, and Sul-Matuul has got something in mind. She gives you directions to the Urshilaku Burial Cavern, and tells you to fetch her father's Bonebiter Bow. She warns you, though, of the many guardians of the Burial Cavern-- there's nothing of Dremora-like strength, but be prepared to fight hard. The Burial Cavern is located just south of the Camp and just a hair east. Just follow the map to the Cavern entrance.
Urshilaku Burial Cavern
The Urshilaku Burial Cavern is actually very large, with multiple rooms and complex, spiraling paths. You enter the Cavern in the Astral Burial-- continue through to the Karma Burial, and then into the Laterus Burial. Once you're in the Laterus Burial, you're going to have to do some careful tip-toeing up the narrow paths to the top-most entrance, into the Juno Burial. This is where you'll find the Bonebiter Bow. Head down to the back of this cave, and you'll be confronted by the Wraith of Sul-Senipul. The fight won't be easy, but you'll eventually take him down. He'll leave behind a little puddle of goo, and from that you can take the Bonebiter Bow. Pick it up, bring it to Sul-Matuul, and she'll send you to see Nibani Maesa in the Wise Woman's Yurt in the camp. Speak with Nibani Maesa, and you'll get more a bit more than you can chew.
Parting
Are you the prophesized Nerevarine? Nibani Maesa is doubtful.. You've fulfilled some of the requirements and prophecies, but others you haven't -- not yet. It'll take a lot more adventuring and self-testing to find out for sure. I've walked you through this far, and if you've made it, you're on your way to fulfilling prophecy. But the rest of your quest is just that - it's your quest. Make of it what you choose.

Quick Walkthrough[edit]
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Huleeya
Addhiranirr
Mehra Milo
Orders from Caius[edit]
After the last errand, Caius tells you to train for a while and come back to him later. Specifically, your character needs to be at least level 3 before Caius will give you the next assignment. At that point, he sends you on a fact-finding mission to the city of Vivec. Your mission is to track down and rendezvous with three people: Addhiranirr, a KhajiitThieves Guild member in St. Olms, Huleeya, an ArgonianMorag Tong assassin at the Black Shalk Cornerclub in the Foreign Quarter, and Mehra Milo, a Tribunal Temple priestess in the Hall of Wisdom of the Temple Canton. Caius is once again looking for any Sixth House or Nerevarine Cult information and he gives you 200 gold for expenses. The quickest way is to take the Silt Strider or the MagesGuild Guide, but feel free to take the scenic route.
Huleeya Informant[edit]
Huleeya is in the Black Shalk Cornerclub, in the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks. He should be easy to find, as he is the only Argonian in the room. Unfortunately, Huleeya seems to be having trouble with the locals, who will not let him pass. Talk with the DunmerEthys Savil, or one of his two friends, and persuade him to leave the Argonian alone. Raising his disposition a bit will work, but so will homicide. If you try to leave with Huleeya without talking to one of the thugs, they will attack and you will have to protect Huleeya. Once you've solved this, you may escort Huleeya unhindered to Jobasha's Rare Books. Jobasha's bookshop is on the same level as the cornerclub, in the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks, just on the opposite side. Once you're inside the bookshop with Huleeya, you will receive one Reputation point for your help and he will give you some notes to take to Caius. Also while at the bookshop, pick up the book Progress of Truth on the second floor far left bookcase as you will be needing it later in this quest. You can steal it when the Ordinator patrols elsewhere, or just buy it.
Addhiranirr Informant[edit]
Addhiranirr is the next closest contact in the St. Olms Canton, southeast of the Foreign Quarter (past the Redoran and next to the St. Delyn cantons). It turns out Addhiranirr is difficult to find as almost no one in St. Olms knows where she is. With enough exploration and questions, you do eventually find her all alone in the northeast Underworks, hiding from a Census and Excise agent. In order to get anything out of her, the agent must be taken care of. The agent in question is Duvianus Platorius, who can be found in St. Olms Waistworks. As usual, you can either kill him or persuade him that Addhiranirr has fled. Note that if you happen to accidentally tell him where Addhiranirr is, you can still get the information Caius wants by raising Addhiranirr's disposition until she will talk to you. Also, if you tell Duvianus Platorius where Addhiranirr is and come back later to talk about the topic 'Addhiranirr', he will give you the response normally given if you had chosen to lie to him. Anyway, once the agent is out of the way, Addhiranirr will let you know that the Sixth House is into smuggling, but no one knows what due to intense secrecy.
Meet Mehra Milo[edit]
Moving onto the last of the contacts, Mehra Milo. She resides in the library of the Vivec Temple, Halls of Wisdom located at the southern end of Vivec. Once you find her and follow her to the back of the library, she will let you know what she knows about the Sixth House cult. She'll also suggest that you get a copy of the book Progress of Truth for Caius. Although the library has a book, it is under guard, so she suggests trying the local bookshops, even though the book is officially banned by the Tribunal Temple. The copy in the library is the tall book on top of the bookshelf in the southwest corner. Alternatively, you can just buy a copy from Jobasha for 150 gold in the Lower Waistworks of the Foreign Quarter. Other copies can be found at:
Return to Caius[edit]
Return the information to Caius, who will promote you to Journeyman and suggest you take more time to train and do some other guild work to keep your cover up. Come back for the next part of the quest in a few days.
